You not only returned our initial call the same day, but you came at the appointed time and were prepared, after giving you the dimensions for the deck, to give us an estimate at our first meeting. When you called to tell us you were ready to start building the deck, you and your great crew came on the day promised and worked for 5 days straight to build a big, gorgeous deck. "We were, and continue to be, absolutely delighted with both our new front porch itself as well as the building process with John Leannarda. When we first thought about adding a porch across the front of our house, we checked with other homeowners in Samhill to get referrals for builders. The name that came up most was John's, although I wasn't able to find any advertising for him. It seems his business comes mostly from word of mouth and that all of his customers hang onto his number! From the minute we sat down to talk with John about our project, we discovered that although he brings much experience to the task, our project would reflect our needs, tastes and budget. While working on our project John demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail, a credible schedule that we could count on, prompt and courteous contact with us, knowledge of a large number of suppliers, so that we got the best materials at the best price, and truly personal concern toward our project as though it were at his own home. Many people remark that our front porch looks like it "fits" the house exactly (and presume it must have been part of the original site construction, though it wasn't). I want you to know that Judy and I are very pleased with the final results on the deck. The family initiated it's use this past weekend with a gathering on Saturday, and everyone really enjoyed and commented on the spaciousness and added room. The workmanship is great, and as I stated once before, the outward appeal and look really make a positive difference for the house! I very much appreciate how quickly you responded to my request to replace the top cap with Trex — I especially like the routing on the cap, which is a very nice touch.
