Please note however that we are modifying our site to reflect our much broader construction expertise! We have done numerous new kitchens and baths, renovated historic homes & outbuildings and successfully "flipped" many properties. Paint and staging, building or remodeling, even landscaping and grading – our team has the equipment and experience to do a wide array of work and can help you with most any of your home, farm or commercial real estate needs. All work is personally done or supervised by John Leannarda using highest quality materials. We are happy to work with you to come up with a design that suits your tastes and lot size. John Leannarda will handle all arrangements necessary for any project; from simple demolition and remodeling of older decks, to handling the permits, inspections and hiring of licensed electricians & plumbers required for much more complex structures.
